"After receiving a qigong treatment with Cheryl Youngs I noticed some subtle and obvious changes began to occur in the following days after the treatment. The treatment affected me on several levels, physical and emotional. The most noticeable physically was the relief of joint pain in my left shoulder. She had commented during the treatment that I had very restricted chi flow in my left arm and after working on it I might notice a change several days later. I didn't realize how much relief it was not to have this pain anymore. I had this pain for about 1 year and after receiving this treatment only a few days passed and the pain diminished , later it went away altogether and has not returned.
